Princeton has one of the most beautiful
college campuses in the country. There
is not much debate about that subject. Just
walk around Prospect Garden in the spring
or go sit by the Woodrow Wilson School
fountain under the blooming magnolias.
From Blair Arch to the Friend Center,
Princeton is home to a wide range of powerfully
inspiring architecture.

Thesis Debriefing

If you had asked me in my still euphoric
dancing-on-the-windowsill-at-Ivy
state on Monday night how my thesis had
gone, I would likely have emphasized, in
no uncertain champagne-induced terms, I
was DONE. Sure, I (along with the unreasonably-
high-according-to-Dean Malkiel
percentage of my fellow seniors that were
turning in theses in the major departments
of English, Politics, Woody Woo, and those
particularly on top of their game in Economics
and History) had been up for about
40 or so hours straight, but we nudged each
other with our elbows if we started to doze
off in the taproom, and insisted that this
night of hugs from underclassmen, groups
of senior girls jumping up and down to the
Romanian pop song that has taken the street
by storm, and endless games of Robo was
what we had all been working for.
